The service technician was on time, he explained everything to me. The only issue was that I was told that the company offers a military discount of $50 before he started the work. Once the work was completed, I was then told that I could only get $25 military discount. I asked the technician to call his manager to inquire about getting the $50 discount since that's what was quoted before work was done. The manager wouldn't authorize. At this point I was quoted a total and I agreed to pay. My credit card was processed for the amount quoted. At this time the technician stated that that he forgot about an additional $28 and wanted to run my credit card again at which time I told him that I wasn't running my card again. This should have been handled very differently by the manager. Once a payment is quoted and credit card is processed for payment that should end additional payment. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.

The two servicemen were courteous and friendly. They explained what needed to be repaired and I understood it. They cleaned up after they finished the job and showed me everything that was replaced. I would call them again if I had problems with the doors.

Called the office and scheduled an appointment for later in the day. Technician arrived on time , did a full inspection of door and mechanism, located the problem and we discussed the options. Decided on a new set up and they went to work, completed the job in a short time and explained operation and set up remotes. Very efficient and professional. Very please with service. Highly recommend .
