All technicians are WONDERFUL! I felt acknowledged, important, and educated about everything. If service for all companies was like this, only complements would be given. They answered questions that I didn't even know I needed to ask. These doors are high tech but simple. They set everything up for you. Service is outstanding! I'm a single senior (over 70), so tech is sometimes challenging. But it's simple with Genie and their service. I didn't receive anything for this review. I believe companies who hire and train respectful young people need to be supported. They do great work. Thank you so very much! You are a blessing!

If you are looking for a company that understand ALL aspects of business choose Precision....I did and I am beyond pleased. THANKS REY & TYLER!!! I reached out to Precision as a second opinion. Needless to say Rey & Tyler came in very knowledgeable about my garage system. They took time to educate me on the preventative maintenance. After completing a thorough assessment they provided me with details on the issue. I knew from the introductory text that I would be pleased with this company. They are very professional and great with communication. Once I agreed to the service they got straight to work. What I expected to take hours took them less than 30 minutes. The first company I contacted was adamant that I needed to fully replace my garage door opener NOPE they identified I needed to replaced the belt rail. Scheduling was super easy and a quick turn. Originally I called on a Wednesday at 8am and they were ready to send someone at 10am that sane day.

Ray came and repaired my broken (wooden) garage door, which was malfunctioning. On time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Very reasonable price. He even gave me a very reasonable estimate for a new steel door, should I want to get my 36 year old wood door replaced! Top notch service!

I called Precision in the 1 o’clock hour to verify an appointment I thought I scheduled online. Kate was so polite and helpful! She saw my information, but the appointment was not completed. Nevertheless, she proceeded to get me scheduled for a little later the same day. I received a call, voicemail, and a text from my technician telling the time he would arrive. Rey was exceptional! He was prompt, professional, prepared and precise! Rey inspected my garage door after I shared what I wanted him to complete. He noticed a problem in the making and shared what would occur if it wasn’t repaired. He presented me with two options and got right to work. One reason I wanted this done was to keep out unwanted pest. Rey wasn’t afraid. He gave me insight on that. Rey embodied the company’s name “Precision”. He was taking pictures and referencing them to ensure everything lined up. I got my garage door repaired and sealed! I truly appreciate the customer service I have received today from Precision Door South Ga! I definitely recommend you all!
