I found your website and like the way it introduced the technicians and how person friendly you site was. When I called, I expected to make an appointment thinking how long before I would get my garage door looked at……was I surprised to get an immediate call back from one of the techs I read about. Rey and Kareem (spelling?), could not have been more professional, and personable. They explained everything that they were doing, and even gave me some hints to do to the garage door to extend the life of the door. It's too bad that every business doesn't have representatives like Rey and Kareem, because this would be a much better world.
