Very satisfied with the service and product provided. The service technician (Shawn) was professional and very knowledgeable. The problem with my garage door was quickly diagnosed and a repair plan developed to meet the needs of the customer. All repair parts were readily on-hand and repairs promptly made. The technician throughly explained the operation of the new garage door opener and provided instructional documentation. Again, I am very pleased with the service provided and highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing garage door repair or installation.

The service technician was on time, he explained everything to me. The only issue was that I was told that the company offers a military discount of $50 before he started the work. Once the work was completed, I was then told that I could only get $25 military discount. I asked the technician to call his manager to inquire about getting the $50 discount since that's what was quoted before work was done. The manager wouldn't authorize. At this point I was quoted a total and I agreed to pay. My credit card was processed for the amount quoted. At this time the technician stated that that he forgot about an additional $28 and wanted to run my credit card again at which time I told him that I wasn't running my card again. This should have been handled very differently by the manager. Once a payment is quoted and credit card is processed for payment that should end additional payment. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.

Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectation. They texted when they were on the way.and included a picture of the technician. Davion, the technician, was professional and respectful. He took care of the problem at a much lower price than I expected. I would use this company again and have recommended them to others.
