I looked up garage repair in the Valdosta area and saw that Precision had excellent reviews. I called and the nice lady answered immediately.. told me exactly what to expect. I was really impressed that she stated the technician would come with a fully stocked truck. They scheduled me for the following day.. but she asked if there was a cancellation would I like to be on on the list.. A very short time later she called with a cancellation for them to come on out the same day that I called. I received a text stating who my tech would be with a photo of him and a description of what to expect. Tyler Lafreniere was my tech and did an awesome job installing my new Genie motor and accessories. They had everything they needed right on the truck.. no waiting to get parts in. Tyler and his assistant.. were so polite, professional and knowledgeable!! Tyler explained and demonstrated how everything operated! I highly recommend this company if you want a company that is ready to get the job done!! Also the company has already followed up to make sure that everything went accordingly as expected.

Our door springs broke suddenly and we couldn't open the door, and my wife's car was in the garage. Tyler came quickly and after hours. He did a top-notch, high-quality, and very professional job. He was competent, courteous, prompt, and explained everything. We knew our door needed work after 10 years so he installed new springs, new belt (instead of the old chain), new motor, new control panel, lubed where needed, and re-programmed everything. We were very impressed. We will gladly and confidently refer anyone we know to this good local company, without hesitation or reservation.

You DEFINITELY have repeat customers with us! I was so impressed! Tyler called with an exact ETA, and I also received a text with his photo, as well as an introduction. He didn't mind answering my 100 questions about the mechanics of the opener system (I like to know how things work), and was super nice through the whole process. And then, to receive a "checklist" of our garage door "health" was spectacular! The estimates were given, and Tyler did the necessary repairs, as well as lubricating the moving parts, and installing a strut so the top of our door would stop smiling when it was up! Perfect experience, we will 1000% use your company again (and will request Tyler again, if allowed)!

The best customer service experience I remember having! Easy online access to pick appointment time within 24 hours. I received a text introducing the technician assigned to me, followed by a phone all from Tyler with an accurate arrival time. Tyler quickly assessed the problem and presented me with my options. He stayed and worked diligently to completion and even lubricated and serviced our other garage door. Highly recommend!

Tyler was amazing! He was prompt and ontime, got straight to looking to see what the problem was, an knew right away what the issue was with our garage door. He did an overall assessment to make sure there was no other problems, and gave us 3 quotes. He did not push us into trying to get maintenance that wasn’t needed right away, and thoroughly explained everything as well as answered our questions. Exceptional service. Excellent communication and pleasant, knowledgeable staff. I contacted the company at about 9am and an appointment for repair was made for the same day at 4-6pm. The technician, Tyler contacted me at 3pm, said he was nearby and could arrive early, if it would be ok. Tyler diagnosed the door opener issue and quickly made the repair. I asked if he replaced door gaskets and he said yes. I showed him our roll-up shop door, which needed a new gasket. He said he had the material with him, and could make the repair at that time. I agreed and the extra work was completed quickly. I highly recommend this company for your garage door and door opener needs.
