Precision Garage Door of Valdosta

Precision Garage Door is a very professional business. Logan, the technician, called to see if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment. He was waiting on me when I arrive at my residence. He looked at my garage door and offered three solutions to fix the door. He did not pressure me but gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. Once I decided he started working on the garage door. He did an amazing job from start to finish. Logan made sure everything was working properly to his liking. When everything was finished, Logan showed me everything that he had done. He also made sure he cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Jason Turner came out and quoted me for a new garage door motor with all the bells and whistles for features. He had everything replaced and operating within an hour and half at most. He was super informative, laid back and helpful with answering any questions I had! Precision has earned a customer for life with their customer service and quality of service!

Yes the door was repaired in less than 30 minutes bad sensors, he replaced sensors, nothing else, there was an 85.00 service charge if you choose not to repair door after assessment, he used only a screw driver and handheld wire splicer done, complete job, why would it cost 277.00 seriously ripped off15 minutes from establishment location this is very upsetting to take advantage of honest people then he didn't send receipts sent something totally opposite your reviews didn't add up we were expecting a honest person, definitely overcharged us
