You DEFINITELY have repeat customers with us! I was so impressed! Tyler called with an exact ETA, and I also received a text with his photo, as well as an introduction. He didn't mind answering my 100 questions about the mechanics of the opener system (I like to know how things work), and was super nice through the whole process. And then, to receive a "checklist" of our garage door "health" was spectacular! The estimates were given, and Tyler did the necessary repairs, as well as lubricating the moving parts, and installing a strut so the top of our door would stop smiling when it was up! Perfect experience, we will 1000% use your company again (and will request Tyler again, if allowed)!

Our garage door issue was taken care of the next day, the contact from Precision on each step leading up to the time the technician arrived was reassuring. After an unsuccessful attempt to make a repair myself I called Precision Garage Door. Tyler was amazing! He was prompt and ontime, got straight to looking to see what the problem was, an knew right away what the issue was with our garage door. He did an overall assessment to make sure there was no other problems, and gave us 3 quotes. He did not push us into trying to get maintenance that wasn’t needed right away, and thoroughly explained everything as well as answered our questions. His professionalism was Top Tier… you all definitely have a longtime customer here!

Don't use them. All the tech wanted to do was replace it. I told him I wanted to repair the stop limits switches were not working. After giving me the estimates for several new systems. I asked can you at least look at it to see if you can repair it. He operated the door one time and said it was in the motor. He did spot a hinge that the screws had worked out on top. He wanted to replace the complete door. I asked if he could just find to bolts and put a nut on them and he did. Had to pay $135.00 for that rip off! Called Overhead Door Company the next day, told them the same issue. In about 10 min. replaced both limit switches and the door works fine! Jeff Eubanks

Great job Rey, Arrived right when they said he would. They had 3 different options for my broke garage door. Prices were reasonable enough that I took the door rebuild. Knew everything that is like fast wearing parts replaced. Springs, cables, drums for the cables, rollers. Repair to door itself. All completed by one tech. Rey. Great job. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

When I got home my garage door unexpectedly malfunctioned and stopped working. I called Precision Garage Door Service, they sent someone out a half hour later and fixed the problem (springs and bearings) same day. It only took the technician about an hour to complete the job. He offered three solutions at various price points, warranty options - all of which included new weather stripping (needed). The technician, Shawn, was professional, very pleasant, and worked quickly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Repair!

We scheduled a call to lubricate our squeeking door. While the technician, Logan, was here, I asked him to connect the car to the unit. When he did and we tested it, the unit smoked badly. The 20 year old unit was failing and smoking each time we tried it and there was oil like fluid in the bottom piece. As luck would have it, Logan had a replacement on his truck. It took about another hour to install the new unit and parts and it was nearly 7 PM when he left. We had not noticed the smoke before and are grateful that our new unit works well and the squeek is gone.

Exceptional service. Excellent communication and pleasant, knowledgeable staff. I contacted the company at about 9am and an appointment for repair was made for the same day at 4-6pm. The technician, Tyler contacted me at 3pm, said he was nearby and could arrive early, if it would be ok. Tyler diagnosed the door opener issue and quickly made the repair. I asked if he replaced door gaskets and he said yes. I showed him our roll-up shop door, which needed a new gasket. He said he had the material with him, and could make the repair at that time. I agreed and the extra work was completed quickly. I highly recommend this company for your garage door and door opener needs.
