We bought a house and the garage door was a bit wonky. Jamming, cables coming off drums, etc. I did a as much as I could and it worked, but the door was not right. Precision came out, evaluated it and gave me 3 options. Get if working, make it safe and work and then the make i work for the Technician was friendly, not pushy and knew what he was doing. He did his work efficient, fast and explained what I asked. The work was spot on, worked 1st try and they cleaned up afterwards and left the garage cleaner than before.

They are quick to get you in! Beware of the high prices! Another well known garage door company was half price and some! This company teaches techs to up sale and that’s ok but don’t try to rob someone! I gladly paid them 100$ service and asked them to leave! Will not ever recommend this company to anyone Updated: After a mishap yesterday, Nathan reached out to me personally and asked to talk! We discussed the problems and concerns! I agreed to allow another tech come out! Darren was very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough with everything he done! Couldn’t ask for a better employee!
