You DEFINITELY have repeat customers with us! I was so impressed! Tyler called with an exact ETA, and I also received a text with his photo, as well as an introduction. He didn't mind answering my 100 questions about the mechanics of the opener system (I like to know how things work), and was super nice through the whole process. And then, to receive a "checklist" of our garage door "health" was spectacular! The estimates were given, and Tyler did the necessary repairs, as well as lubricating the moving parts, and installing a strut so the top of our door would stop smiling when it was up! Perfect experience, we will 1000% use your company again (and will request Tyler again, if allowed)!

Heard about your company through Wiregrass. I called on Friday afternoon and the technician, Davion, was here 2 hours later. As the hour was getting later, he was very understanding about both our doors. Door 1 would not close. It always would bounce halfway down and we hated it. (Rarely used it) Door 2 had a broken belt. When Davion arrived, he suggested we fix both doors, as we HATED the noise they made. We decided to do an upgrade on the system and get a new weather seal for the bottom of Door 2. Davion worked quickly and fixed both doors, and we love that they are both so quiet now. Thank you for having friendly and intelligent staff. Your customers appreciate them.
