Had issue with garage door not opening with remote. Found phone number in an advertisement when looking for a repair business to call. Customer service agent that answered my call was helpful and scheduled an appointment for next day service. I was notified prior to technician arriving with a text that included a photo and information about technician. This was most helpful. Technician was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and completed the repair work. Thank you for a job well done.
