Precision did an awesome job and put us at ease with their thorough explanation of all the options available to us. We had springs, rollers and other associated hardware replaced, and the price was very reasonable. We plan on getting new openers soon. The service technician was on time, he explained everything to me. The only issue was that I was told that the company offers a military discount of $50 before he started the work. Once the work was completed, I was then told that I could only get $25 military discount. I asked the technician to call his manager to inquire about getting the $50 discount since that's what was quoted before work was done. The manager wouldn't authorize. At this point I was quoted a total and I agreed to pay. My credit card was processed for the amount quoted. At this time the technician stated that that he forgot about an additional $28 and wanted to run my credit card again at which time I told him that I wasn't running my card again. This should have been handled very differently by the manager. Once a payment is quoted and credit card is processed for payment that should end additional payment. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.

Precision Garage Door is a very professional business. Logan, the technician, called to see if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment. He was waiting on me when I arrive at my residence. He looked at my garage door and offered three solutions to fix the door. He did not pressure me but gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. Once I decided he started working on the garage door. He did an amazing job from start to finish. Logan made sure everything was working properly to his liking. When everything was finished, Logan showed me everything that he had done. He also made sure he cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
