The concerns that you pointed out have been addressed so that we can prevent these issues going forward. We appreciate your understanding, and look forward to working with you again in the future.
The service technician was on time, he explained everything to me. The only issue was that I was told that the company offers a military discount of $50 before he started the work. Once the work was completed, I was then told that I could only get $25 military discount. I asked the technician to call his manager to inquire about getting the $50 discount since that's what was quoted before work was done. The manager wouldn't authorize. At this point I was quoted a total and I agreed to pay. My credit card was processed for the amount quoted. At this time the technician stated that that he forgot about an additional $28 and wanted to run my credit card again at which time I told him that I wasn't running my card again. This should have been handled very differently by the manager. Once a payment is quoted and credit card is processed for payment that should end additional payment. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.
