Tyler was amazing! He was prompt and ontime, got straight to looking to see what the problem was, an knew right away what the issue was with our garage door. He did an overall assessment to make sure there was no other problems, and gave us 3 quotes. He did not push us into trying to get maintenance that wasn’t needed right away, and thoroughly explained everything as well as answered our questions. His professionalism was Top Tier… you all definitely have a longtime customer here!

When I got home my garage door unexpectedly malfunctioned and stopped working. I called Precision Garage Door Service, they sent someone out a half hour later and fixed the problem (springs and bearings) same day. It only took the technician about an hour to complete the job. He offered three solutions at various price points, warranty options - all of which included new weather stripping (needed). The technician, Shawn, was professional, very pleasant, and worked quickly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Repair!

Great service! Called them at 9:13 am when I discovered my garage door spring had broken, and they were on site and had it repaired same day by 11:45 am! Rey was great to deal with and was great at explaining everything he would be doing. We will definitely use them for any garage door service going forward.

Shawn was quick, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I loved that he sent a picture and short bio when he texted his exact arrival time. However the cost of parts seemed high. Our door sensors were replaced and I’m very happy with the result and service.

Rey was outstanding. He kept me informed of his arrival and explained why he was running a bit behind. When he arrived he performed the work required and explained of few options available. He also checked the whole systems and made some adjustments to make sure the door was operating at its best. Will definitely have them back when needed

My garage opener quit working. The technician "Shawn" showed up on schedule, very professional, very knowledgeable of the task at hand, he explained everything to me, very detailed, he aswered all of our questions and programed the remotes. All technicians are WONDERFUL! I felt acknowledged, important, and educated about everything. If service for all companies was like this, only complements would be given. They answered questions that I didn't even know I needed to ask. These doors are high tech but simple. They set everything up for you. Service is outstanding! I'm a single senior (over 70), so tech is sometimes challenging. But it's simple with Genie and their service. I didn't receive anything for this review. I believe companies who hire and train respectful young people need to be supported. They do great work. Thank you so very much! You are a blessing!
