Precision did an awesome job and put us at ease with their thorough explanation of all the options available to us. We had springs, rollers and other associated hardware replaced, and the price was very reasonable. We plan on getting new openers soon. And last but not least we will use Precision for that job, and we would like to recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door maintenance.

I found your website and like the way it introduced the technicians and how person friendly you site was. When I called, I expected to make an appointment thinking how long before I would get my garage door looked at……was I surprised to get an immediate call back from one of the techs I read about. Precision Garage Door is a very professional business. Logan, the technician, called to see if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment. He was waiting on me when I arrive at my residence. He looked at my garage door and offered three solutions to fix the door. He did not pressure me but gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. Once I decided he started working on the garage door. He did an amazing job from start to finish. Logan made sure everything was working properly to his liking. When everything was finished, Logan showed me everything that he had done. He also made sure he cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Rey and Kareem (spelling?), could not have been more professional, and personable. They explained everything that they were doing, and even gave me some hints to do to the garage door to extend the life of the door. It's too bad that every business doesn't have representatives like Rey and Kareem, because this would be a much better world. Same day service. Timely, efficient, courteous during phone call to schedule. Shawn called when he was an hour away. He arrived as he said. The best part is he provided me with a new garage door opener and educated me as how to operate it, so I bought two. He put a lightbulb in the mechanism for security when I arrive home in the dark. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. FYI your truck pulled up next to me at a red light and I quickly wrote down the phone #. Good advertising. Also Shawn had a well stocked truck. Thank you.
