Our technician, Ray, was outstanding - professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He called ahead to let us know when to expect him, then arrived exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem, clearly laid out our options, and gave us an estimate on the spot for the work we needed. The price was reasonable (about 1/3'rd of what I paid for the same work in South Florida a few years ago), he had everything he needed in his truck, he went right to work, and he finished in about an hour. He showed me how to lubricate the door to keep it working smoothly and cleaned up everything before leaving. Precision and Ray are great!

When I called to make an appointment, I was told that the technician would be able to apply for financing for me once he arrived. I was also told that there is no service fee for the technician to come out and give me an estimate. The technician did arrive, and he was the best part of my entire appointment. He was very kind, very understanding and very patient. But the rest of the appointment was a disaster. My garage door needed a $1200 of work. The technician did not have the application process on his tablet instead he had to sit next to me while I applied on my laptop and was ultimately denied. I was also charged $85 for the service call with no work being done.

I looked up garage repair in the Valdosta area and saw that Precision had excellent reviews. I called and the nice lady answered immediately.. told me exactly what to expect. I was really impressed that she stated the technician would come with a fully stocked truck. They scheduled me for the following day.. but she asked if there was a cancellation would I like to be on on the list.. A very short time later she called with a cancellation for them to come on out the same day that I called. I received a text stating who my tech would be with a photo of him and a description of what to expect. Tyler Lafreniere was my tech and did an awesome job installing my new Genie motor and accessories. They had everything they needed right on the truck.. no waiting to get parts in. Tyler and his assistant.. were so polite, professional and knowledgeable!! Tyler explained and demonstrated how everything operated! I highly recommend this company if you want a company that is ready to get the job done!! Also the company has already followed up to make sure that everything went accordingly as expected.

Our door springs broke suddenly and we couldn't open the door, and my wife's car was in the garage. Tyler came quickly and after hours. He did a top-notch, high-quality, and very professional job. He was competent, courteous, prompt, and explained everything. We knew our door needed work after 10 years so he installed new springs, new belt (instead of the old chain), new motor, new control panel, lubed where needed, and re-programmed everything. We were very impressed. We will gladly and confidently refer anyone we know to this good local company, without hesitation or reservation.

The best customer service experience I remember having! Easy online access to pick appointment time within 24 hours. When I got home my garage door unexpectedly malfunctioned and stopped working. I called Precision Garage Door Service, they sent someone out a half hour later and fixed the problem (springs and bearings) same day. It only took the technician about an hour to complete the job. He offered three solutions at various price points, warranty options - all of which included new weather stripping (needed). The technician, Shawn, was professional, very pleasant, and worked quickly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Repair!
