Same day service. Timely, efficient, courteous during phone call to schedule. Shawn called when he was an hour away. He arrived as he said. The best part is he provided me with a new garage door opener and educated me as how to operate it, so I bought two. He put a lightbulb in the mechanism for security when I arrive home in the dark. Yes the door was repaired in less than 30 minutes bad sensors, he replaced sensors, nothing else, there was an 85.00 service charge if you choose not to repair door after assessment, he used only a screw driver and handheld wire splicer done, complete job, why would it cost 277.00 seriously ripped off15 minutes from establishment location this is very upsetting to take advantage of honest people then he didn't send receipts sent something totally opposite your reviews didn't add up we were expecting a honest person, definitely overcharged us
