I chose Precision based on customer reviews and the convenience of booking an appointment online. Precision went above and beyond my expectations! Rey solved the problem with the garage door opener quickly, explained the issues, gave me an estimate, and repaired the issue on the spot. The cost was more than fair! He was both courteous and professional. After Rey repaired the door opener, he readjusted the springs and applied oil so the door would move properly. This was helpful and unexpected! His arrival and repair were within the window of my appointment. I booked online on a Sunday and my garage door was repaired the next day! Very quick response from a local company! Before Rey arrived, I received his picture and a short bio, letting me know a little bit about him. He also sent a text before arriving with an exact ETA. It was refreshing to experience this level of customer service.

Excellent Service! Very fast turnaround- Appointment set within hours of my request. Company texted me with a picture of the Service Rep and when he should be expected. Service Rep called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He made a thorough assessment of the repairs needed- presented options for service with pricing. He repaired damage to my door and fully documented before and after. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone.

We made the appointment Saturday am 5/10 for Monday 5/12 between 4pm and 6pm. We got a text and phone call from Logan stating that he would be there at 4:30 which he was. When he arrived he assed the problem and gave us three options for repair. He explained each option and the cost for those repairs. He explained the options in a way that both my wife and I could understand. After picking our option, Logan told us it would take about an hour. In fact it took about an hour and 15 mins. He cleaned up the area did the paper work and was on his way. We highly recommend this company. We looked online to find this company. They had very good reviews, so we gave them a call and we are very happy we did. Professional, friendly and timely!!
