Jason Turner came out and quoted me for a new garage door motor with all the bells and whistles for features. He had everything replaced and operating within an hour and half at most. He was super informative, laid back and helpful with answering any questions I had! Precision has earned a customer for life with their customer service and quality of service!

Yes the door was repaired in less than 30 minutes bad sensors, he replaced sensors, nothing else, there was an 85.00 service charge if you choose not to repair door after assessment, he used only a screw driver and handheld wire splicer done, complete job, why would it cost 277.00 seriously ripped off15 minutes from establishment location this is very upsetting to take advantage of honest people then he didn't send receipts sent something totally opposite your reviews didn't add up we were expecting a honest person, definitely overcharged us

Had issue with garage door not opening with remote. Found phone number in an advertisement when looking for a repair business to call. Customer service agent that answered my call was helpful and scheduled an appointment for next day service. I was notified prior to technician arriving with a text that included a photo and information about technician. This was most helpful. Technician was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I think the quality of the products seem a lot better then what it replaced but definitely a lot costlier then I anticipated. When I initially contacted them for new springs I was told one price but I got only 1 spring and not 2. Also I was definitely instructed to pay alot more for things I was unsure I needed. I’m a straight shooter and I was not too happy about being told one thing and getting another…..but what choice did I have?
