Mr. Shawn Roderick was very courteous and cordial. He called before arriving and was on time. He did a thorough inspection of our garage door and explained his findings. I don’t normally leave reviews but was blown away by Shawn @ Precision. We live in Fitzgerald, came home to a broken garage door spring. Called a Tifton company and they told me it would be 6 WEEKS before someone could look at it. Called Precision not knowing they were out of Valdosta and in a couple of hours Shawn arrived. After assessing the door Shawn suggested several options to fix. House was built in the 70’s and it just made sense to me to replace everything (springs, rollers, bearings, cables, etc.). By 7:30 PM (that’s right, PM) Shawn had us up and running. I can honestly say I have never experienced this kind of service by anyone EVER! Kudos to Shawn and Precision!!
