When we called today, we were shocked that we were able to get same-day appointments. The reps that showed up were incredibly detailed and kind. I’m sure we will be calling again to have our second garage door serviced as well!

I don’t normally leave reviews but was blown away by Shawn @ Precision. We live in Fitzgerald, came home to a broken garage door spring. Called a Tifton company and they told me it would be 6 WEEKS before someone could look at it. Called Precision not knowing they were out of Valdosta and in a couple of hours Shawn arrived. After assessing the door Shawn suggested several options to fix. House was built in the 70’s and it just made sense to me to replace everything (springs, rollers, bearings, cables, etc.). By 7:30 PM (that’s right, PM) Shawn had us up and running. I can honestly say I have never experienced this kind of service by anyone EVER! Kudos to Shawn and Precision!!
