Rey and Kareem (spelling?), could not have been more professional, and personable. They explained everything that they were doing, and even gave me some hints to do to the garage door to extend the life of the door. It's too bad that every business doesn't have representatives like Rey and Kareem, because this would be a much better world. This company teaches techs to up sale and that’s ok but don’t try to rob someone! I gladly paid them 100$ service and asked them to leave! The best part is he provided me with a new garage door opener and educated me as how to operate it, so I bought two. He put a lightbulb in the mechanism for security when I arrive home in the dark.
