Customer service agent that answered my call was helpful and scheduled an appointment for next day service. I was notified prior to technician arriving with a text that included a photo and information about technician. This was most helpful. Technician was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I think the quality of the products seem a lot better then what it replaced but definitely a lot costlier then I anticipated. When I initially contacted them for new springs I was told one price but I got only 1 spring and not 2. Also I was definitely instructed to pay alot more for things I was unsure I needed. I’m a straight shooter and I was not too happy about being told one thing and getting another…..but what choice did I have?

Called the office and scheduled an appointment for later in the day. Technician arrived on time , did a full inspection of door and mechanism, located the problem and we discussed the options. Decided on a new set up and they went to work, completed the job in a short time and explained operation and set up remotes. Very efficient and professional. Very please with service.
