Easy to schedule (evening before/online) and was texted about 10-15 minutes before their arrival the next day. Shawn, the technician/installer was skilled and friendly. Replaced 12+ year old, often used opener in about 2 hours. From my experience, I would recommend.
We added the online scheduling feature to our website because garage doors tend to break at inconvenient times! We are certainly glad that you had a great experience. Thank you for choosing Precision.

Heard about your company through Wiregrass. I called on Friday afternoon and the technician, Davion, was here 2 hours later. As the hour was getting later, he was very understanding about both our doors. Door 1 would not close. It always would bounce halfway down and we hated it. (Rarely used it) Door 2 had a broken belt. When Davion arrived, he suggested we fix both doors, as we HATED the noise they made. We decided to do an upgrade on the system and get a new weather seal for the bottom of Door 2. Davion worked quickly and fixed both doors, and we love that they are both so quiet now. Thank you for having friendly and intelligent staff. Your customers appreciate them.
Thank you so much Joseph for telling us about your experience. Noisy garage doors can definitely be annoying! We are glad that we had the opportunity to change your doors from something that you hated to something that you are happy with.

I was extremely pleased. Rey Perez was pleasant, personable, and professional. He carefully explained what was needed and why. He took great care in his work to make sure the garage door is perfectly balanced. I had lots of questions; he answered all of them carefully and completely. He even programmed the opener software on my car, something I hadn’t figured out in the ten years I’ve had the car. We now have a whisper-quiet garage door that we can trust for many years.
