The quality of the garage door exceeded expectations and will provide significant improvement in the daily routine. I called precision, garage door repair and they were out here sooner than I expected! Mason, the technician explained to me everything that really needed to be done. Showed me the price which was very fair for the work that was done and based on the fact that I needed the garage door fixed ASAP. I chose this company because it had great reviews. Other companies I looked at had 4 or 5. Precision door had well over 300 and excellent ratings. The service was quick and the technician Logan was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. He even made sure all our phones were connected and functioning properly with the door. Mr. Shawn Roderick was very courteous and cordial. He called before arriving and was on time. He did a thorough inspection of our garage door and explained his findings. He offered and explained three different options for us to choose from. Once we selected our repair option, he repaired the door. We are very pleased with his professionalism and workmanship.
