I called precision, garage door repair and they were out here sooner than I expected! Mason, the technician explained to me everything that really needed to be done. Showed me the price which was very fair for the work that was done and based on the fact that I needed the garage door fixed ASAP. I chose this company because it had great reviews. Other companies I looked at had 4 or 5. Precision door had well over 300 and excellent ratings. The service was quick and the technician Logan was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. He even made sure all our phones were connected and functioning properly with the door. We bought a house and the garage door was a bit wonky. Jamming, cables coming off drums, etc. I did a as much as I could and it worked, but the door was not right. Precision came out, evaluated it and gave me 3 options. Get if working, make it safe and work and then the make i work for the Technician was friendly, not pushy and knew what he was doing. He did his work efficient, fast and explained what I asked. The work was spot on, worked 1st try and they cleaned up afterwards and left the garage cleaner than before.
