I don’t normally leave reviews but was blown away by Shawn @ Precision. We live in Fitzgerald, came home to a broken garage door spring. Called a Tifton company and they told me it would be 6 WEEKS before someone could look at it. Called Precision not knowing they were out of Valdosta and in a couple of hours Shawn arrived. After assessing the door Shawn suggested several options to fix. House was built in the 70’s and it just made sense to me to replace everything (springs, rollers, bearings, cables, etc.). By 7:30 PM (that’s right, PM) Shawn had us up and running. I can honestly say I have never experienced this kind of service by anyone EVER! Kudos to Shawn and Precision!!

Both men were knowledgeable about the doors and parts needed. They explained in “understandable” language and gave me options. They gave additional information on how to care for the door and opener. To top it off they were friendly, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I also appreciate the ETA of arrival and an ID picture on their way. I definitely recommend them.

I chose Precision based on customer reviews and the convenience of booking an appointment online. Precision went above and beyond my expectations! Rey solved the problem with the garage door opener quickly, explained the issues, gave me an estimate, and repaired the issue on the spot. The cost was more than fair! He was both courteous and professional. After Rey repaired the door opener, he readjusted the springs and applied oil so the door would move properly. This was helpful and unexpected! His arrival and repair were within the window of my appointment. I booked online on a Sunday and my garage door was repaired the next day! Very quick response from a local company! Before Rey arrived, I received his picture and a short bio, letting me know a little bit about him. He also sent a text before arriving with an exact ETA. It was refreshing to experience this level of customer service.

Excellent Service! Very fast turnaround- Appointment set within hours of my request. Company texted me with a picture of the Service Rep and when he should be expected. Service Rep called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He made a thorough assessment of the repairs needed- presented options for service with pricing. He repaired damage to my door and fully documented before and after. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone.
