I called Precision in the 1 o’clock hour to verify an appointment I thought I scheduled online. Kate was so polite and helpful! She saw my information, but the appointment was not completed. Nevertheless, she proceeded to get me scheduled for a little later the same day. I received a call, voicemail, and a text from my technician telling the time he would arrive. Rey was exceptional! He was prompt, professional, prepared and precise! Rey inspected my garage door after I shared what I wanted him to complete. He noticed a problem in the making and shared what would occur if it wasn’t repaired. He presented me with two options and got right to work. One reason I wanted this done was to keep out unwanted pest. Rey wasn’t afraid. He gave me insight on that. Rey embodied the company’s name “Precision”. He was taking pictures and referencing them to ensure everything lined up. I got my garage door repaired and sealed! I truly appreciate the customer service I have received today from Precision Door South Ga! I definitely recommend you all!
