Same day service. Timely, efficient, courteous during phone call to schedule. Shawn called when he was an hour away. He arrived as he said. The best part is he provided me with a new garage door opener and educated me as how to operate it, so I bought two. He put a lightbulb in the mechanism for security when I arrive home in the dark. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. FYI your truck pulled up next to me at a red light and I quickly wrote down the phone #. Good advertising. Also Shawn had a well stocked truck. Thank you.

The two servicemen were courteous and friendly. They explained what needed to be repaired and I understood it. They cleaned up after they finished the job and showed me everything that was replaced. I would call them again if I had problems with the doors.

Jason Turner came out and quoted me for a new garage door motor with all the bells and whistles for features. He had everything replaced and operating within an hour and half at most. He was super informative, laid back and helpful with answering any questions I had! Precision has earned a customer for life with their customer service and quality of service!

Yes the door was repaired in less than 30 minutes bad sensors, he replaced sensors, nothing else, there was an 85.00 service charge if you choose not to repair door after assessment, he used only a screw driver and handheld wire splicer done, complete job, why would it cost 277.00 seriously ripped off15 minutes from establishment location this is very upsetting to take advantage of honest people then he didn't send receipts sent something totally opposite your reviews didn't add up we were expecting a honest person, definitely overcharged us

Called yesterday, and a technician came within 24 hrs. Darren came out, right on time, replaced our springs, drums, cables door rollers and everything in no time. Great prices, super professional. Would definitely use again in the future.
