Very satisfied with the service and product provided. The service technician (Shawn) was professional and very knowledgeable. The problem with my garage door was quickly diagnosed and a repair plan developed to meet the needs of the customer. All repair parts were readily on-hand and repairs promptly made. The technician throughly explained the operation of the new garage door opener and provided instructional documentation.
