I was extremely pleased. Rey Perez was pleasant, personable, and professional. He carefully explained what was needed and why. He took great care in his work to make sure the garage door is perfectly balanced. I had lots of questions; he answered all of them carefully and completely. He even programmed the opener software on my car, something I hadn’t figured out in the ten years I’ve had the car. We now have a whisper-quiet garage door that we can trust for many years.
